YFF’s Vow to Confidentiality

YFF prides itself in the open communication and participation of all members. Therefore, confidentiality is paramount to what is discussed between members, and we take privacy of member information (incl. but not limited to business knowledge, as well as personal experiences) very seriously.

For this reason, upon joining, all members are required to sign an NDA that relates to information shared in a YFF official setting.

Young Founder's Forum (YFF) Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Welcome to the Young Founder's Forum (YFF). Our community is dedicated to fostering open communication, sharing experiences, and supporting young entrepreneurs in their journey to success. To maintain a trustworthy and collaborative environment, we require all members to adhere to this Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Please read the following terms carefully:

1. Confidentiality Obligation By joining YFF, you agree to keep all discussions, shared information, personal problems, successes, and business-related matters discussed within the community strictly confidential. This obligation extends to all digital and physical interactions within YFF.

2. Definition of Confidential Information Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to:

  • Business strategies and plans

  • Financial information

  • Intellectual property

  • Personal experiences and challenges shared by members

  • Any other information marked or identified as confidential

3. Purpose of Confidentiality The primary purpose of maintaining confidentiality within YFF is to create a safe space where members can openly discuss their ideas, challenges, and successes without fear of unauthorized disclosure or misuse of their information.

4. Non-Disclosure and Non-Use You agree not to disclose, reproduce, distribute, or use any Confidential Information obtained through YFF for any purpose other than participating in discussions and activities within the community. Unauthorized disclosure or use may result in immediate removal from YFF and may lead to legal consequences.

5. Exceptions Information that is publicly available, already known to you prior to joining YFF, or independently developed by you without reference to Confidential Information shall not be considered Confidential Information under this NDA.

6. Reporting Breaches If you become aware of any breach or potential breach of this NDA by another YFF member, please report it immediately to the YFF administration.

7. Duration Your obligations under this NDA shall continue indefinitely for as long as the Confidential Information remains confidential. Upon termination or departure from YFF, you must return or destroy all Confidential Information in your possession.

8. Governing Law This NDA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to NDA YFF reserves the right to modify or update this NDA at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in YFF after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Acceptance By joining YFF, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate removal from YFF and may lead to legal action.
