Alexander Schoss
Founder and CEO
Alexander Schoss founded YFF in 2023, after sitting on the idea since 2018. Having set up the forum, he is proud of growing it to what it is today!
With previous experience in Entrepreneurship (starting his first business at age 11), and a Bachelor’s in Tech entrepreneurship at Babson, he is equipped to lead a community of other like-minded individuals.
Lucas Rapetti
COO
Lucas Rapetti officially became a shareholder in 2024, after showing his dedication to the venture, acquiring impressive guest speakers, and garnering recognition for the venture, currently holding the COO position.
Upon finishing up his Bachelor’s at HPU, Lucas is pursuing a Master’s degree.
